Our president, Ian, owns and operates our reefnet fishery in the Salish Sea and works directly with the fishermen who supply the rest of our seafood. We know the boats, the crews, and the handling practices behind every product we sell.

We pack every order with eco-friendly insulation and ample dry ice to keep your seafood frozen from our door to yours.

Orders ship out of our facility on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. You can select your ship date at checkout.

Our salmon and tuna are handled with the same care and standards used for sashimi-grade seafood, flash-frozen at peak freshness, fully traceable, and harvested with methods that protect quality from the very first step. Storage & Freshness

Our seafood is handled and frozen at peak freshness to lock in quality and flavor. Keep frozen items stored solidly frozen until ready to use. When thawing, always remove fish from the vacuum packaging. For best results, thaw slowly in the refrigerator. If needed sooner, fish may be thawed in cool water. Once thawed, we recommend enjoying within one to two days for the best experience. Proper storage and thawing ensure every cut tastes exactly as intended.
