Bake River King Salmon is the best salmon I have ever tasted… so fresh, no strong salmon or fishy odor, meaty and moist. My first sablefish experience proved to be equally impressive. For both, I simply sprinkled with lemon pepper, olive oil and lemon, baked and paired with avocado and leafy greens to enhance the Omega 3 benefits. Within 24-48 hrs. experienced a very noticeable Omega 3 mental boost! If Lummi maintains this same excellent quality, I will be an ongoing customer. User-friendly website, online order was delivered in 2 days; fish was still frozen. Only negative feedback is lack of response to the email address at bottom of homepage within “Contact Information”.
