Also known as silver salmon, Cohos have a red-orange color, with a traditional, rich salmon flavor. Cohos eat other fish as well as zooplankton, and have a slightly stronger salmon flavor than sockeye salmon. An excellent choice for grilling, broiling, sautéing, baking, poaching, steaming, and smoking.
Our Reefnet Coho Salmon tied for best flavor with the Skagit king, in our blind taste test. They have really good color, medium texture and flake, and a clean flavor. Fraser River Coho are among the fattest in the world, and when handled as only our reefnets can do, make for outstanding fillets.
It’s a staple on our local restaurant menus. Our wild Coho portions are a great alternative to sockeye, and at a lower price.

Buying club orders ship with your club and will be handed out on distribution day.
How do you send frozen food? Will it stay cold enough during transport?
Frozen foods are packed with dry ice and ship Monday through Wednesday (except holidays) via 2nd Day Air. Upgraded overnight shipping is available during checkout for $35. Your order will always be delivered frozen.
How do you ship non-perishable food?
Non-Perishable Foods (canned and dry) are normally shipped via Ground and arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending upon destination.
