Description
Pink Ikura – salt cured salmon roe – has a fresh, clean and mild taste. With a beautifully vibrant, orange color these eggs are number 1 grade and have a great, crisp pop, with a medium dry consistency. They have a medium egg size, around 3.5mm in diameter.
Our Pink Salmon Ikura comes from wild, Salish Sea Pink Salmon and is produced with a custom 2.6% brine, which preserves the clean flavor without adding too much sodium to your diet.
Salmon roe is a superfood which is very rich in omega 3 fatty acids, and good for brain development and immune systems, especially those of children. Sought by caviar lovers everywhere, salted wild salmon roe (Ikura) has become a prized delicacy.
This Pink Salmon Ikura can be eaten in sushi rolls, served as an appetizer with crackers and a soft cheese, or simply eaten on its own. There is no wrong way to eat salmon roe and it is a healthy, rewarding snack.

How do you ship?
Perishable orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air Carbon Neutral, packed with enough Dry Ice to ensure your order arrives frozen. Non-perishable items ship standard ground-arriving 3-5 days from the selected shipping date.
* Shipments cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email to the address used during checkout with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not see an email in your inbox, please check your junk and spam folder!
How do you keep products cold during transit?
We pack your order with enough dry ice or frozen gel packs based on the destination of your package to keep things frozen. Dry ice will dissipate during transit and if none is visible in your box, that is ok.
Do you offer Local Pick up?
We offer curbside pickup! Please place your order online. You can select local pickup during checkout. We ask that you specify the day and time you want to come by in the notes section or come by Monday-Friday 10am- 1:30pm
Do you offer a gift note service for online orders?
Messages to recipients can be left in the Notes section during checkout. This message will appear on the packing slip and does not include prices.

The best thing about the IKURA PINK SALMON CAVIAR ROE – PREMIUM, is that you want more!! It is so perfect and delicious that it is all gone before you know it. It is so hard not to eat this every day for breakfast on some Fresh French bread and butter accompanied with a Latte. Just love it!
The shipping and packaging are worthy of high praise as well. Mine arrived still frozen solid and the dry ice was almost completely intact, which says a lot about how well the box is insulated.
