What a wonderful experience with this company. I was in need of Black Cod (sablefish) for a dinner party. We were a week and a half away when I went to place the order. The website indicated that the shipping date would be too close to the date of the party for me to be comfortable placing an order. I emailed their customer service late on a Wednesday morning explaining my desire to get product shipped sooner. They replied back quickly and indicated I could get shipment the same day if I placed the order. I ordered on Wednesday around 1:00pm Bellingham time and recieved my product in Dallas, TX on Thursday at 10:30am. THIS IS customer service. They could have easily stated that the ship dates shown on the website were the best they could do - but they didn't. They made the effort to take care of the customer. The 14 6oz Sablefish look great and will sure to be the highlight of the dinner party (Miso Cod anyone???) Thanks again for the excellent service and I'll definitely buy again and recommend that others do as well.
