Located in Ballard, our store offers premium seafood and a curated mix of grocery items to help customers eat healthier with ease. We’re looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead our Ballard location.

What You’ll Do…
As Store Manager, you’ll be the local face of Lummi Island Wild’s new retail concept, providing a welcoming and knowledgeable customer experience. You will have headquarters support for bookkeeping, payroll, social media, and more, so you can focus on delivering an outstanding in-store experience and leading your team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily store operations and enforce store procedures
– Hire, train, and schedule sales associates
– Support and coach your team to deliver great service and performance
– Maintain merchandising standards and execute in-store promotions
– Assist customers with product education and purchases
– Manage inventory, receive shipments, and coordinate reorders with HQ
– Process POS transactions and returns accurately
– Act as the point person for maintenance, vendors, and deliveries
– Ensure the store stays clean, organized, and visually appealing
– Foster a positive team environment and meet store goals
– Help plan and implement in-store promotions
What We’re Looking For:
– Passionate about healthy food and sustainable practices
– Experience managing in a retail or grocery environment preferred
– Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
– Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic
Compensation:
Hourly salary range: $60,320 – $66,560 DOE/DOQ
