Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders of $125.00 or more. If you do not meet the shipping minimum a $45.00 shipping charge will be added to your balance.
Want to upgrade to Next Day Delivery? Optional Perishable and Non-Perishable shipping upgrades are
$35.00 per shipment.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We ship within the continental United States except for Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
How do you ship?
Perishable orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air Carbon Neutral, packed with enough Dry Ice to ensure your order arrives frozen. Non-perishable items ship standard ground-arriving 3-5 days from the selected shipping date.
* Shipments cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email to the address used during checkout with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not see an email in your inbox, please check your junk and spam folder!
How do you keep products cold during transit?
We pack your order with enough dry ice or frozen gel packs based on the destination of your package to keep things frozen. Dry ice will dissipate during transit and if none is visible in your box, that is ok.
Do you offer Local Pick up?
We offer curbside pickup! Please place your order online. You can select local pickup during checkout. We ask that you specify the day and time you want to come by in the notes section or come by Monday-Friday 10am- 1:30pm
Do you offer a gift note service for online orders?
Messages to recipients can be left in the Notes section during checkout. This message will appear on the packing slip and does not include prices.
Are your shipments environmentally friendly?
Your seafood will be shipped Carbon Neutral in 100% Curbside Recyclable Packing. The cardboard outer box (made with 53% post-consumer waste) and recyclable padded insert (made with 100% post-industrial, pre-consumer cardboard fibers) can be recycled alongside other household paper and cardboard material. We also use an Eco-Friendly Styrofoam for orders that exceed the size of our Sustainable shippers.
What does Carbon Neutral Mean?
Here at Lummi Island Wild, we offset the climate impact of your shipment. This means we care about climate change and want others to be aware of this commitment.
I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?
Please email support@lummiislandwild.com immediately for address corrections. We can update the shipping address for you prior to shipping! Orders containing invalid or missing information that cannot be updated prior to the selected shipping date will be refunded at our discretion. If your order is shipped, and address changes are necessary, you are responsible for any carrier charges to attempt an in-route address correction.
Why hasn’t my order shipped on my selected shipping date?
From the moment we catch your salmon, we do everything possible to ensure the highest quality – including getting it to you on time! Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt our shipping services. If there is an active service disruption due to weather your order may be placed on a temporary hold. We will notify you as quickly as possible if there are any changes to your shipping date. Orders with upgraded shipping are not eligible for refunds, your order will still ship Next Day Delivery once we resume shipping.
I received an email that my order is on Hold.
If you have NOT received an order confirmation – there is likely an issue. Most held orders will be automatically released when the matter is resolved. If further action is required, we will contact you directly via phone or email.
Reasons your order may be on Hold:
1) Verification is being done on the order. The order will automatically be released once verification is complete.
2) The shipping address needs verification. * Shipments cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.
I need to change my order.
If you need to change your order, please email support@lummiislandwild.com as soon as possible prior to your selected shipping date. Once your order is shipped, we can no longer make any changes or cancel your order.
What happens if my package arrives, but something is wrong?
If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us right away at support@lummiislandwild.com with a quick note that includes your name, order number and explaining what went wrong. Please review our Refund Policy for further details about our process.
I received a delivery notification but cannot find my package?
Shipments that do not require a signature can be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area. You can review our Refund Policy for more information.
How do I dispose of the shipping material?
The cardboard outer box (made with 53% post-consumer waste) and recyclable padded insert (made with 100% post industrial, pre-consumer cardboard fibers) can be recycled alongside other household paper and cardboard material. Our Eco-Friendly can be kept for re-use or discarded into your sanitation bin.
