Some things to keep in mind

1. Give us a full recipe with all the instructions.
2. It’s OK to submit something that is already online, but be sure to give us the source, so we can get permission to republish. Also, be sure to include your own variations.
3. Ideally, this should be a recipe that you have literally used on seafood purchased from Lummi Island Wild. Tell us which product.
4. Feel free to give us an entire meal menu with drink pairings too.
5. Haven’t tried any recipes with our seafood? Well, there’s an easy solution to that.
6. For consideration in our next newsletter, please submit by the 1st of the month. Entries after that will be considered for the following month.
7. If you are comfortable with it, please include a photo of yourself in the submission, to be used in the event of publishing the recipe.
