“What good are salts without sweets?” our friends at San Juan Island Sea Salt asked themselves. We thought the same thing and couldn’t resist adding these sea salt and honey caramels to our new lineup. While most caramels are made with corn syrup, they decided to make theirs with honey, the most interesting sweetener in the world! This honey came from hardworking Pacific Northwest bees and was gathered from the nectar of over 100,000 flowers!
The honey gives the caramels a flavor all their own, and if you are at all like us you will find them more than a little irresistible. Salted with mineral rich sea salt and cooked by hand, this is a little package of goodness that is sure to make your mouth sing!
Ingredients: Organic Sugar, Organic Whipping Cream (organic grade A cream (milk), gellan gum), Local (NW Washington) Honey, Organic Butter (cream (milk), salt), Organic Vanilla, San Juan Island Sea Salt.

NOTE: If you prefer a harder caramel, leave these in your fridge. If you prefer a softer caramel simply leave them in a cool, dry dark place like your cupboard.
