Our tuna ventresca is the prized belly meat of our albacore tuna. All of our albacore tuna is caught by pioneer fisher Paul Hill, and is sashimi grade before being canned. This young, 4- year-old tuna is super healthy, having more omega-3 fatty acids than most salmon. It is richer in omega-3 fatty acids than medallions, and has a rich flavor suitable for special uses such as hors d’oeuvres. This is a perfect party food.
