Arrived quickly and well packaged. I cooked my filets in a cast iron skillet, salt, pepper and thin slices of lemon on top.
I am now spoiled and will continue to order this package.
Side note: since trying Lummi, I have since done my regular grocery shopping at my local store. Their prices are DOUBLE to what I paid here…and the color, smell of the stores salmon really looks gross to me now.
